Built in Unreal Engine 5.4 with models crafted in Blender, this dynamic virtual replica provides an unprecedented, interactive, and easily digestible way to learn:

  • Visualise the Complete Cooling Cycle: Users see the rack doors open to reveal the Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU), get a top-down view of Dell R750 server models populating the tank, and observe color-coded flow indicators (green for fresh coolant, white for heated) clearly illustrating the coolant's path.
  • Understand Key Components: The simulation highlights the CDU and distribution unit, explaining their roles.
  • Demystify Heat Exchange: The digital twin clearly demonstrates how the heat plate exchanger transfers heat from the server coolant to chilled water, which then exits the system, effectively removing heat.
